2 C brown Rice
4 C water
1T coconut oil
1 t salt
- Rinse the rice. (if you have time you can soak in water before rinsing for a few hours)
- Put the rice in a pot, cover with water, add coconut oil and salt, and bring it to boil.
- Cover, and simmer for 40-45 min, and turn the heat off. Wait for 5-10min or so without opening the lid.
