2 Tbsp miso
1/2 tsp powdered mustard (or a bit of whatever mustard you have around)
2-3 dates (or several drops of stevia)
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 tsp pure toasted sesame oil (optional)
Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Use for salad, drizzle over roasted vegetables or on your quinoa bowls.
