In this workshop, you will learn the basic anatomy of your hips and explore the hip's entire range of motion. You will gain a better understanding about your unique hip anatomy, and where there may be restrictions or weakness. You will not only deepen your asana practice but also free low back tension and prevent knee injuries. This workshop will consist of a delicious flow sequences, essential alignment techniques that will help you get into part of your hips previously unacessed, as well as juicy long-held yin practices that your body craves.
