This workshop is a great way to learn about some of the foundations of yoga practice so that you can take group classes. Topics include yoga etiquette, basic postures and alignment, breathing techniques, and foundational vinyasa-flow techniques. This workshop is also great for those who have been taking classes but would like to go over the basics so you can practice in alignment.
