Once we begin

We’ll meet three times, with daily online engagement through the members portal. There you will also find the Mindful Cleanse Manual, a host of recipes, and resources to support your through the three week cleanse, and for three months beyond that.

In the meantime

There is nothing you have to do between now and the first day of the workshop.
