3-week group program

This is my signature program for busy people who don't feel good in their skin. 

If you're like most professionals or parents, you struggle because there is just not enough time in your day to take care of yourself. Maybe you have tried various diets but nothing sticks. 

In this program, we take a balanced and mindful approach so there are no extreme or hunger-based symptoms, making the process a feasible and long-lasting transformation. Most of my previous participants found the program much easier than they imagined, shed excess weight and found energy and calmness.

Private coaching is the most impactful option for those who are busy, have particular health issues or circumstances. 

Whether you are struggling with weight, sleep, energy, mood or general feeling of stuckness, we will work together to create a program that is tailored to your needs.

Our hormones start to change and our bodies don’t function the way they used to before. When you have a job and and/or kids to take care of, you want to have as much energy as possible to be the best version of yourself and to be a good role model for your colleagues and children – so it can be frustrating when your body doesn't seem to want to cooperate.

In this first workshop of 4-part series, the topic is “Energy.” I will first guide you through a 60-minute alignment-based vinyasa class that is designed to help you feel more energized yet grounded. Then we will have an interactive session where we will discuss how we modern people tend to get stuck in a vicious cycle of lifestyle that is not aligned with our health visions – and how you can begin to realign your lifestyle with your goals.
